The Nissen Building Apartments is a 19-story residential high rise that consists 145 apartments, two main entrances, four operating elevators, formal lobby area, cabana lounge, two bar areas, 24-7 fitness center, five public restrooms, three staircases and three restaurants on-site. This is a very large, professional establishment to properly keep clean at all times with demanding residents, pets, wheelchairs, luggage rollers, shopping carts and general public foot traffic.
